Condominium residents come together and denounce a “conspiracy” against their janitor, who is about to be fired. Some erudite individuals among the residents criticize these denunciations, but their domination is reversed and they are mocked for their naivety. The conquest of public speaking made by residents validates the hypothesis that exclusion in public places is primarily the result of small humiliations that officials, politicians, and experts inflict there.
